I wasn’t sure what I wanted to write about in my first of many blogs entries, but I keep seeing a recurring theme in rebates being submitted to us, so I felt that this was a good place to start. Rebate Remedy is an expediting service for mail-in rebates. We are not related to any other processing company, clearinghouse or manufacturer. Our main goal is getting consumers rebate monies quicker by expediting mail-in rebates. Unfortunately, we do require the all the materials requested in the rebate instructions, plus the Rebate Remedy Assignment and Customer Info forms. But, once we have all of the requested materials and our two forms, we can process your rebate and mail it within days, not weeks or months.

Now as I stated earlier, we continue to see consumers not following the rebate instructions and leaving out required materials, such as the UPC code. If we do not have all the required materials, we will contact you; however, this slows up the process considerably. Please read the rebate instructions carefully and don’t forget our two forms!

Another common inquiry is from consumers who submitted their rebate using another company or clearinghouse who have not received payment. Once you submit your rebate with ANY OTHER PROCESSING COMPANY, we cannot help. You must contact the company or clearinghouse where you submitted the rebate. You must submit your rebate directly to Rebate Remedy to use our expediting service.

We have tried to collect some informative news stories and articles written by columnists and bloggers about navigating the mail-in rebate process. These articles/stories deal with common issues in dealing with mail-in rebates and strategies for success. These can be located at RebateRemedy News.
