We wanted to have a blog where we could post news about rebates, manufacturers, products, and basically anything and everything associated with mail in rebates. Rebate Remedy was created from our own frustration associated with mail in rebates. As you can imagine, we receive a lot of rebates and from time to time we will post helpful information that could save you time and money. When mailing your documents to us please double and triple check that you have sent ALL of the required documents to us (including our Assignment and Customer Info forms). As you already know the manufacturers try to make redeeming rebates rather confusing. We are here to help, customer service means the world to us. One final note, if the rebate is expired it is expired and as much as we would like to process it for you we absolutely cannot. If we had a dime for every time we were asked this I would be posting this from my yacht in the French Riviera and not my desk in Delray Beach.
